How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed in person, by telephone, email, or via fax.
Do you provide Art Proofs & Samples prior to production?
Yes, prior to every order we will supply an electronic proof for approval before production begins. In many cases, a physical sample is also produced.
How long is the production process?
Typical lead times are a week for samples and two weeks for production. Timing can vary by our client’s needs and size of the order.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The typical MOQ is 500-1,000 pieces, but ASK if you have a special quantity you need. We are here to assist you regardless of quantity.
There are a lot of choices, how do I know what’s right for me?
Our label specialists will walk you through the many choices & make sure you receive the product best for YOUR needs.
Do you offer stringing and pins for Hang Tags?
Absolutely, everything from a basic cotton string with a standard safety pin to a leather string with an old fashioned light bulb pin.
What type of art file do you need?
Any editable file is preferred (AI, EPS, PDF) but we can often work with just about anything you have—including a rough sketch.
Do the printed labels withstand multiple washing? Are the inks safe?
Yes! The inks are non-toxic and are water based and created to withstand washing for years. We even have special inks for the most aggressive acid wash, stone wash, or enzyme washes—just let us know your requirements.
Can you match colors?
Of course, you can supply us with Pantone (PMS) colors, CMYK, or even physical swatches.
Does PCB sew the labels on the garments?
No, we’ll create beautiful labels, tags, & trims but we do not sew anything to the garment.
Anything else I should know?
Please ask, we’ve made labels out of wood, metal, shells, recycled polyester, organic cotton, cardboard, and canvas!
