For almost 70 years, we’ve been manufacturing outstanding printed labels.  Our state of the art equipment and experienced printers can help you achieve the perfect look for your labeling needs. At PCB we inventory over 40 different label materials, including the softest bridal satins, 100% cotton twills, poly/cotton blends and many others.  We print using specialty inks created specifically for garment labels and have the ability to print as many as 6 colors on the front of your label and 2 additional colors on the back! So whether you need an elaborate label or a federally required care/content label, we’ve got you covered.  TAG(s) we’re it!

Colors

We use the pantone matching system (PMS) to print any color you can dream of. We are able to match your logo or other art to create or reinforce the brand identity you have created for your product.  Our only color limitation is your imagination! 

 

Sizes / Materials

At PCB, we can make virtually any size label you need.  Widths can range from 1⁄4” to 3 ” (6 mm to 62mm) and lengths can range from 1⁄2” to 12” (12mm to 290mm).  To expand your printing surface area, we are able to print on both sides of a label.  Double sided printing is especially useful for labels that have large amounts of information

We can print on just about any kind of material or substrate, from synthetic fibers such as satins and nylons to natural fabrics such as cottons.  We also have the ability to dye tapes to meet your specific color requirements.

Minimums

Our minimum quantity for printed labels is 1,000 with no maximum. 

Lead Time

We are able to set up and turnaround orders quickly.  Once your artwork is completed, our large capacity printing plant is able to complete your job in approximately 5-7 workdays.  We usually can produce smaller orders a little quicker and may require some extra time for very large orders.  In every case, our advanced quality control systems mean that you will receive high quality labels quickly and accurately.

We can provide pricing to you three different ways.  For orders up to 5,000 labels, you may scroll down this page to view the price.  Second, you may request a quote using our on-line quoting system.  If you have your artwork ready, it is very helpful if you can attach it to your quotation request.  Or finally, please feel free to contact us toll free at 800-394-4455 and speak to one of our customer service representatives.  In every case, we are confident that you will be pleased with our competitive pricing.

A 50% Deposit or Payment in Full for orders under $500 is required on all orders unless an approved credit application is on file.  All orders ship FOB from PCB Label Co., Inc. and will be complete in approximately 7-10 working days from receipt of signed order copy.  All orders are subject to the industry standard of a 10% +/- yield and billing will vary by this amount.  PCB Label Co., Inc. does not charge for waste.  PCB Label Co., Inc. is not responsible for any damage to our labels that occurs during dying, laundering, stonewashing, acid washing or any other process that involves chemical and detergents.

WHAT WE NEED TO GET STARTED

We will work with you to help you design the right label for your products.  If you have artwork, we will need a vector based file of your design with all fonts converted to outlines or paths.  If you do not have artwork, our graphic artists can assist you in designing the right label for your garments.   We will also need your specifications regarding size, ground material, ink color(s) and quantity.
